2.PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: Telkor Collision provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY on painting related priming and paint work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and a (person we use) WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals.
3.MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Telkor Collision provides a ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY, from effective date, stated herein on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage.
4. PARTS: Telkor Collision provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY for parts installed at our shop. (Please note: shop warranty does not exceed manufacturers warranty.)
5.SECTION 1-4: Telkor Collision will repair, repaint or replace solely at its option any items in sectIons 1-4 when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair Is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warranty Grantor. This warranty Is not transferable.
6.SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED: A. Incidental costs, such as towing fees ear rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components, which are not specifically covered by this WRITTEN WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a detective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair. B. Rust... surface rust, rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of, interior or exterior panels are not covered. This written warranty states all the limited warranties made by Telkor Collision and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.
7.On vehicle pickup, It Is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle within 60 days after repairs for repair follow-up, paint protection reapplication and warranty reassessment.
